Jayne Burch
Founder and President

Jayne Burch is a professional coach and consultant. She specializes in leadership development, teaching skillful conversation, raising emotional intelligence and creating positive organizational climate. She earned her Masters Degree in Social Work in 1978 with a focus on family systems and interpersonal relationships. In 1986 established a thriving counseling and coaching practice.

Jayne brings her understanding of human emotional systems, relationships and creativity to her work in the business domain. She served for six years as an organizational development consultant in a large health care system and formed Whole Solutions in 2001.  She has helped many executives and business owners to improve their business relationships and to improve their profitability. She also helps many reach their dream of starting their own business. Jayne has trained with the B/Coach Systems, LLC as a business coach. She lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
