What is unique about Whole Solutions?

We use an uncommon model of business coaching based on the belief that everyone has access to right action within themselves. Our model allows individuals to discover what works for them and leaves our clients more capable and able to generate their own answers after we leave.

Most business coaches these days are more like consultants. They offer predetermined methods to solve problems which may not be actionable by clients. Because the solutions are not in alignment with the client's identity, they fall by the wayside after the coaching is finished. Our goal is to leave our clients able to self-coach and self-generate solutions to their problems
