The emotional climate in downsized organizations can easily spiral into negativity without thoughtful intervention.
We work especially well with companies facing challenges in the aftermath of mergers, acquisitions and takeovers. Blending cultures, policies, procedures and structures often leave everyone in a state of confusion and disengagement.
We work with businesses who have identified building customer relationships as key to their competitive advantage. Many businesses face a gap in leadership required to gain the competitive advantage they seek. Many of those same businesses will face a serious shortage of qualified management candidates in the near future if they do not look to develop from within their own organizations.
